Amazon Plaza Hotel - Cuiaba (Mato Grosso)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, right next to a shopping mall and close to the airport, making it a breeze to get around. The room was clean and cozy, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread of fruits and freshly cooked options. Plus, the pool area was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring!

On the flip side, there were a few minor hiccups. The A/C was a tad noisy, which might bother some light sleepers, and navigating the dark hallways due to faulty motion lights was slightly annoying. Lastly, check-in took a bit longer than expected, and there were some issues with card payments that caused a bit of stress. though, it was a lovely stay!

the staff were helpful and extremely friendly and provided great service. the location was good and absolutely perfect for exploring this very very nice area, near to the best restaurants and bars in town, the tourist information office, and getulio vargas avenue. apart from that, plymouth naval memorial was 5 minutes' drive away.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Unbeatable and great location with good restaurant nearby. Spotless and fairly quiet room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows.

An exceptionally comfortable and lovely hotel, I appreciated it, staff was affable. Room service, available in my king room, was a nice bonus. The location was good and unbeatable, right by the best restaurants and bars, the centre, and the tourist information office for a map, in a very nice area. Found a place called Galeto Cuiabano, set right at the venue, ate there a few times.

This hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds and is conveniently located near the historic center and a main avenue.

The staff were helpful and extremely friendly and helped with private parking. Generous and great breakfast for the start of the day...

The hotel is situated in the Central North district, within walking distance of the airport, top restaurants, bars, and Getulio Vargas Avenue. the rooms are impeccably clean, roomy, and have cozy beds. - the staff members are fantastic and the hotel's centralized location is convenient.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The decor, especially in the indoor area with the small pool and waterfall, was delightful. It had a touch of eccentricity with toucans painted on chairs, which added a unique charm to the place. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements in this area, where I could relax with a cold brew.

I would have preferred better accessibility for senior people. The stairs leading to the elevator were a challenge for my bad knees.

I really liked the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The general areas were well maintained and clean, and it was easy to move around even for someone older. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into making the hotel accessible and comfortable for senior people.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more patient and understanding. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit impatient with my poor Portuguese and lack of understanding.

The room was super clean and pretty quiet, plus it had a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, AC to set the temperature just right, and a safe for your valuables. the staff here are so nice and welcoming, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. 😊
